The Talas Inter-District Department of Labor, Social Security, and Migration is launching the "Youth Internship" program, aimed at the employment of young people. This was reported in a message received by the Turmush editorial office.

According to the department's information, the implementation of the program began on November 13, 2024. This became possible due to compliance with the provisions of the KR Law "On Youth," the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the KR dated September 11, 2025, No. 778-t, and the order of the Ministry dated October 1, 2025, No. 269. As part of this initiative, 135 spots are allocated for participants.

The main objective of the program is to provide short-term vocational training in specialties that are in demand in the labor market for unemployed youth aged 18 to 35 who do not have a profession. Participants will gain practical skills and support for further employment.

Currently, work has been done to inform institutions and enterprises in the region, and applications from employers for the acceptance of interns have already been received. 65 citizens aged 18 to 35 without a profession have been sent for training at vocational college No. 90. Of these, 40 are being trained as cooks, 15 as hairdressers, and 10 as electric gas welders.

Upon completion of the course, all participants who successfully finish their training will receive certificates. After that, they will be sent for internships in private companies based on applications from employers, which will provide an opportunity for permanent employment.

Each intern will receive a monthly stipend of 8,600 soms. All expenses related to training and the program will be covered.

Work on the successful implementation of this program continues.
