Among the topics discussed were measures to prevent negative factors affecting the social atmosphere, as well as steps to combat crime in public places.
Minister Niyazbekov emphasized the importance of increasing the effectiveness of preventive measures, instructing leaders to ensure the quality execution of this work.
“Each of you must take personal control of the current situation in your area and take all necessary measures to prevent crime,” he stressed.
It was also instructed to continue work on the "Safe Country" project, which implies systematic control over its implementation, activation of preventive measures, as well as effective use of surveillance equipment and timely elimination of identified shortcomings.
Special attention was given to adherence to service discipline and legality among the personnel. Leaders were warned of their personal responsibility for discipline in subordinate units, the inadmissibility of violations of service ethics, and the necessity to respond to every case of violations.
An important point was the handling of citizen complaints. Leaders were instructed to pay attention to the comprehensive and objective consideration of appeals, to eliminate formal approaches, and to improve the level of service provision.
