In the Talas District, 17 children were found on the streets at night without adult supervision during raids.

According to their data, during the raids, 17 minors were identified who were out at night without the accompaniment of parents or legal guardians. Protocols were drawn up against their parents based on Article 74 of the KR Code on Offenses, "Violation of the requirements of legislation on measures to prevent harm to children's health, their physical, intellectual, psychological, spiritual, and moral development." Explanatory conversations were held, and parents were reminded of the requirements of the legislation.
"The purpose of the activities is to prevent offenses and crime among minors, as well as to identify teenagers who are out at night without parental supervision.
Such raid activities will continue in the future to ensure the safety of minors and prevent offenses," the statement said.
