According to the rules, each client is required to send their meter readings monthly.
Unfortunately, many forget about this, and some do not do it because they do not use gas.The company emphasized that even if there are no changes in the readings, they must be reported.
"According to current regulations, if readings are not submitted, the payment will be calculated based on average monthly consumption. If data is not submitted for three months, the company has the right to apply established norms for consumption calculation. This may lead to the need for recalculation," the representatives of "Gazprom Kyrgyzstan" reported.
To avoid unnecessary problems, readings should be submitted between the 15th and 30th of each month. This can be done in several ways:
- through the mobile application "Gazprom Kyrgyzstan";
- in the personal account on the website gazprom.kg;
- by calling the contact center at 4444 (calls from mobile are free);
- via WhatsApp: 0701 68 07 07;
- using the chat-bot @gazpromkg_bot on Telegram.
