As part of monitoring compliance with legislation regarding children, the Alamedin district prosecutor's office conducted 10 inspections in 2025. As a result, 14 offenses were identified, 13 of which were rectified. Additionally, 5 representations and 4 demands were made. Following the work of the prosecutorial authorities, 6 employees were subjected to various types of disciplinary action, and 242,710 soms were recovered for the state budget.
Investigators from the Alamedin district internal affairs department conducted investigative actions on 23 criminal cases related to juvenile offenses. Of these, 12 cases were terminated based on part 2 of article 27 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 6 cases were closed under paragraph 13 of part 1 of article 27 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 3 cases were sent to court, and 2 are in the investigation stage.
In criminal cases related to violence against minors, 13 cases were initiated. Of these, 6 were sent to court, 6 were terminated, and 1 case is under investigation.
There are 66 children registered with the juvenile affairs inspection (JAI) of the internal affairs department, of which 34 were registered during the reporting period, while 92 children were removed from the register.
To prevent cases of bullying, extortion, suicides, and domestic violence among schoolchildren, 8 meetings and lectures for teenagers were organized in 2025. Additionally, one demand was made for the prevention of offenses.
