"Blue Fuel" for the Moscow District: When to Expect Gas in the Villages of Petrovka, Belovodskoye, and Ak-Suu?
Last week, deputies held meetings with residents of the district, during which local residents expressed concern about the gasification of their villages.
In response to these questions, a representative of Gazprom Kyrgyzstan commented on plans to supply gas to the rural districts.
According to him, as part of the gasification project for the Moscow district, it is planned to supply gas to three villages: Petrovka, Belovodskoye, and Ak-Suu.
In particular, in the village of Belovodskoye, it is planned to connect 7,800 subscribers, which will require the construction of 152 kilometers of gas networks. However, currently, there is a gas shortage in the northern part of Kyrgyzstan. In this regard, the top priority remains the complete gasification of the city of Bishkek within the next 3-4 years, which is a state initiative aimed at improving the environmental situation (combating smog).
As for the gasification of villages in the Moscow district, it does not seem possible in the next three years. This is due to changes in the gas supply scheme: previously, gas was supplied from neighboring countries, but now it is transported from Russia through Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan,” added the company representative.
The villages of Belovodsk and Ak-Suu, which are part of the Narzan rural district, are vying for gasification, while Petrovka is the administrative center of the Tört-Gül rural district.
