At the meeting of the Committee of the Jogorku Kenesh on Finance, Budget, Entrepreneurship, and Competition Development on February 16, Deputy Dastan Bekeshev raised the issue of the "Sanarip Ordo" platform, for which the International Development Association plans to allocate $50 million.

Zamir Kozhomuratov, Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies, explained that "Sanarip Ordo" is a continuation of the "Government Cloud - G-Cloud" project, which was completed in December 2025.

According to the Deputy Minister, the project started in 2022 with a budget of $57 million and included three main components. As part of this initiative, high-speed internet was provided to 4,000 social facilities, and a data processing center was created. A new data processing center (DPC) will be built with the allocated funds, while the existing one will be used as a backup.
