This season, beneficiaries of "FINCA Bank," namely women who manage or own businesses and work with the bank on credit programs, will participate. Additionally, women entrepreneurs with at least two years of experience in small and medium-sized businesses will be able to submit applications. Over the course of seven months, participants will collaborate with mentors, which will help them develop their companies.
The program's mentors are experienced entrepreneurs willing to share their knowledge for free and support participants at all stages. Applications from mentors and mentees are accepted until March 2, 2026, and participation in the program is free of charge.
The program includes various activities such as online and offline training, cross-mentoring sessions, business breakfasts, excursions to large enterprises, and monitoring visits. These activities will help participants develop business and financial management skills, as well as establish valuable business contacts.
Since the program's launch, over 320 new jobs have been created. In the last season, 60% of participants were able to enter new markets, 66% increased their profits, 86% noted an increase in brand recognition, and all participants reported personal growth.
