In Osh, the cafes "Al Mansur" and "Abu Bakr" are being demolished: the owners have started self-demolition
Previously, the owners of these establishments were given a three-day deadline to rectify the violations. After this period, they decided to carry out the dismantling themselves.
According to the local administration, residents of the city raised the issue of the legality of these buildings during a meeting with the mayor, expressing concerns about their legitimacy.
During the inspection, serious violations were identified:
- absence of necessary permits: work was carried out without the appropriate documents.
- non-compliance with urban planning standards: the buildings did not meet the architectural standards of the city.
- legal violations: reports were drawn up regarding the identified violations.
As a result of the inspection, the owners received a directive for the demolition of the illegal structures in accordance with the established rules.
The city mayor's office intends to continue working to ensure legality and order in the territory of Osh.
