After complaints from residents, the "Al Mansur" and "Abu Bakr" cafes are being demolished in Osh
The municipal authorities had previously given the owners of the establishments a three-day deadline to rectify the identified violations. After this period, the owners agreed to voluntarily dismantle their facilities.
The issue of the legality of these cafes' operations was raised by citizens during a meeting with Mayor Jenishbek Toktorbaev. They requested a review of the legality of their placement. During a morning raid, the mayor personally visited the establishments and assessed the situation on-site.
As a result of the inspection, it was determined that the buildings were constructed without the necessary permits, did not comply with urban planning regulations, and there were other violations of the law. Consequently, an order was issued for the demolition of these illegal structures.
The city administration emphasized that efforts to ensure law and order and legality in the territory of Osh will continue.
