As Turmush reported, the head of the Kyzyl-Suu rural administration, Alisher Nurbek uulu, mentioned that the Juuqu mineral spring, located above the village of Saruu, was built back in the 1960s during the Soviet period and is known for its high mineral content.
A total of 30 million soms have been allocated for the reconstruction of the complex. In the future, the wellness complex will be designed to accommodate 100 people. "To promote tourism and the construction of tourist facilities, the Kyzyl-Suu rural administration has also leased 15 and 24 hectares of land to two investors. The operator of the hot springs is the company "Juuqu Zhiluusu" LLC. According to Zholdoshbek Kozhobekov, the repairs and construction are expected to be completed by 2026. The complex will feature a café for 70 people, open and closed pools, as well as hotel rooms designed to accommodate between 50 and 100 people.
According to the Ministry of Justice, the head of "Juuqu Zhiluusu" LLC is Zholdoshbek Asanovich Kozhobekov, with the founders being Zholdoshbek Asanovich Kozhobekov and Natalia Stepanovna Shirshova. The main activity is the provision of services by other accommodation establishments. The company was registered on June 5, 2008, and underwent re-registration on February 5, 2024.
