The ceremony began at the Eternal Flame, where congratulatory speeches were delivered in memory of the fallen, a prayer was read, and a salute was fired. At the end of the event, wreaths were laid at the monument to the heroes.
Following this, the celebration continued at the district House of Culture, where a concert program was organized by the staff of the institution. As a result of the event, Afghan veterans received financial assistance from the district state administration and the rural administration, as well as refreshments.
