He commented: "The gas blocks were installed without mortar. Will such houses remain for future generations? What will happen if they collapse? Since they are receiving money, why can't everything be done properly?"
The Ministry of Construction confirmed that this facility belongs to the State Mortgage Company and is being built at the corner of Togolok Moldo and Karasaev streets in Karakol.
According to the Ministry of Construction, the Regional Department of State Architectural and Construction Control for the Issyk-Kul region conducted an inspection during which gas blocks that did not meet construction standards were dismantled. After the dismantling, the facility was brought into compliance with the necessary norms and technical requirements.
It is also reported that the contracting organization was issued directives in accordance with the law. Currently, work is ongoing within the framework of the approved project and estimate documentation.
