The press service of the State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic has announced the extension of the deadline for submitting applications to transition to a single tax for those working outside the country until March 1, 2026.
We remind you that starting from January 1, 2026, taxpayers engaged in activities abroad are required to use a simplified taxation system with a single tax rate of 0.1%.
To transition to this system, according to the legislation, it was necessary to submit the relevant application to the tax authorities at the place of registration no later than February 1, 2026.
Considering the numerous requests from taxpayers, the deadline for submitting such applications has been extended to March 1, 2026.
The tax service strongly recommends that all interested parties contact the tax authorities to submit an application for the transition to the single tax regime.
