He emphasized that it is important for Russia that labor migrants come legally, earn money, and send it back home.
According to Vakunov, a transition to a digital system for accounting labor migrants is currently underway.
“For Kyrgyz citizens planning to find employment in Russia, the main condition is compliance with the legislation and having grounds for work, such as a contract for providing a job. It is also worth noting that citizens of Kyrgyzstan are exempt from the requirement to obtain a patent for employment in Russia,” he added.
