There will be a school, a sports complex, and a clinic on 10 hectares
Currently, a draft law is being considered in the Jogorku Kenesh that proposes to lift the ban on the allocation of land under the jurisdiction of state institutions.
This decision became relevant after the residents of the village of Chon-Aryk, located near the State Residence, appealed to President Sadyr Japarov with a request to address the problem of the lack of educational institutions. In response, the head of state instructed to allocate 10.48 hectares of land for the construction of a school, clinic, and sports complex.
These social facilities, along with the allocated land plot, will be transferred to the local ayil okmotu.
It is worth noting that the committee on constitutional legislation, state structure, local self-government, and the Regulations of the Jogorku Kenesh has already supported this draft law in its first reading.
