Brad Arnold, the frontman of the rock band 3 Doors Down, passed away on February 7 after a long battle with cancer. He was 47 years old at the time of his death, as reported by the band's representatives in an official press release.

Media reports indicated that the musician was diagnosed with "stage four kidney cancer with metastases to the lungs." He himself revealed this in May 2025. Due to his illness, the band was forced to cancel their scheduled summer concert tour.

According to the official statement, Arnold passed away in his sleep, surrounded by his family. His colleagues and loved ones remember him as an outstanding musician and a devoted person, full of love for his relatives.

The band 3 Doors Down, founded by Arnold, left a significant mark on rock music in the early 2000s, becoming famous for hits such as Kryptonite, When I’m Gone, and Here Without You. The group was nominated for a Grammy Award and sold millions of albums worldwide.
