Four major CSCs of Bishkek will be merged into a single technological center

At the meeting of the State Institution "Kyzmat," dedicated to the results of 2025, the press service of the agency shared important information.

In 2026, the launch of new online services is planned, available through the portal and mobile application, including:

exchange of the general civil passport;
submission of applications for marriage and its dissolution;
issuance of a certificate of residence;
optimization of existing online services.

These changes will allow citizens to conveniently access services remotely, without the need to visit the Public Service Centers (CОNs), significantly simplifying access to services.

Also among the priorities is the fight against corruption. In this regard, disciplinary measures have been applied to a number of heads of Public Service Centers in the Osh, Chui, and Issyk-Kul regions, as well as in Bishkek, including warnings, reprimands, and strict notices of personal responsibility.
