Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Erkebek Ashirkhodzhaev met with representatives of the victims and the company's management.
The event gathered more than a hundred participants. People asked questions about the completion of construction projects using the seized property of the company and about compensation for damages. Erkebek Ashirkhodzhaev reported that as part of the criminal investigation, the director of "Dastan Kurulush" is in custody, and investigative actions are ongoing.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 66 materials have been registered in the Jalal-Abad region regarding the case of LLC "Dastan Kurulush." In 41 cases, criminal cases have been initiated, which have been consolidated into one proceeding and referred to the court.
The total amount of damages is over 36 million soms.
At the end of the meeting, the deputy minister noted that all citizens' appeals will be considered in accordance with the law, ensuring the protection of the rights of the victims.
