This circumstance could have been a reason for the termination of his parliamentary powers in accordance with current legislation.
Despite resigning from his mandate, Pavel Desyatnikov continued to actively participate in the work of the city council, attending meetings of the permanent commissions as an assistant to a member of the Bishkek City Council.
