
Pavel Desyatnikov, a former deputy of the Bishkek City Council, passed away at the age of 65. This sad news was confirmed by his relatives.
Desyatnikov was born on October 26, 1961, in Bishkek. He served as a deputy in the BGK three times: first in 2008, when he ran as an independent candidate, then from 2012 to 2016 representing the Social Democratic Party of Kyrgyzstan (SDPK), and in 2017 from the party "Mekenim Kyrgyzstan".
From 2012 to 2016, Pavel chaired the permanent commission on housing and communal services, transport, energy complex, and investments in the city council. In 2019, he decided to resign from his deputy powers due to health reasons.
In the spring of 2019, he was awarded the title of "Honorary Citizen of Bishkek."
