One of the key issues discussed was the condition of the kindergarten building. Local residents noted that no major repairs had been conducted since 1969.
“I represent the interests of the parents. We insist that kindergarten No. 39 'Kün Nuru' be included in the renovation plan for this year. The facade and roof of the building are in critical condition, water is leaking from the second floor. The situation is very serious,” shared the opinion of one local resident.
Tynchtykbek Dosmuratov, head of the Osh city education department, confirmed that the issue of the building's wear and tear is known. “We are aware of the condition of the kindergarten. We have already sent a proposal to the mayor's office to include it in this year's plan for major repairs. However, the final decision is made by the mayor's office. If the kindergarten is included in the plan, the repairs will be carried out,” noted Dosmuratov.
