Kanat Sagynbaev criticized subordinates for ignoring citizens' complaints
At a recent meeting of the Collegium of the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic, Minister Kanat Sagynbaev expressed dissatisfaction with the work of some regional and departmental structures, pointing out the insufficient use of the feedback system "Pikir".
According to the ministry, this system, which was implemented using QR codes to gather feedback from citizens, is intended to increase the transparency of government bodies and improve public information. However, as the minister noted, in practice this initiative has not yet been fully realized.
“Ignoring the feedback system 'Pikir' is unacceptable. If citizens' appeals go unanswered, it negatively affects the quality of the ministry's work and undermines trust in it. Every comment must be addressed promptly and thoroughly,” emphasized Kanat Sagynbaev.
In this regard, the minister instructed the heads of all departments to ensure the full functioning of the "Pikir" system, organize prompt consideration of feedback from citizens, and prepare analytical reports with proposals for improving work based on the results of the first quarter.
