Government services are actively transitioning to an online format. This was reported by Meerim Iskakova, head of the PR department of the state institution "Kyzmat," on the air of Birinchi Radio.
Over the past year, the population service centers (PSC) provided about 4 million services, of which approximately 500 thousand were offered electronically.
Iskakova noted that "Kyzmat" was established a year ago as a result of a presidential decree, combining the functions of the Department of Population Registration and the state enterprise "Infocom," which allowed for a focus on documenting citizens and digitizing services.
Among the most popular services is the online queue. Over the year, approximately 3.5 million appointments for visits to the PSC were registered in the system, allowing citizens to conveniently plan their visits.
Additionally, a new service has been introduced that allows individuals to register in the electronic queue without being tied to their place of registration. Citizens can choose any convenient PSC and see the current number of people waiting in real-time, and if necessary, change the service center.
Iskakova urged families, especially those with multiple members, to check the accuracy of their data to improve the quality of services provided. If any civil registry documents are missing from the system, they can be digitized through the "Tündük" service.
If a document does not appear in the application, users need to fill in all mandatory fields, specify the area of receipt, and attach a photograph. After verification, the data will be added to the system and will appear in "Tündük" within a few days.
According to Iskakova, online services are in high demand, especially those such as ID card exchange and online registration, which have been operational for over a year. In 2025, online registration was used 186 thousand times.
She also noted that for a successful ID passport exchange, strict requirements for the photograph must be followed, as users take the pictures themselves, and some do not pass the verification.
