Previously, the State Mortgage Company denied Igor Belyaev's request for a mortgage apartment.
At a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Nilufer Alimjanova raised a question about benefits for graduates of orphanages.
Deputy Chairman of the State Mortgage Company Nurlan Khudaikulov explained that graduates of orphanages have the right to participate in the preferential mortgage lending program, which offers a rate of 4% per annum without the need for a down payment. However, it is necessary to meet certain requirements, such as having verified income and work experience.
He also added: "The State Mortgage Company implements social projects, but the responsibility for providing housing for orphans lies with the Ministry of Social Protection."
Deputy Alimjanova emphasized the importance of supporting graduates of orphanages. In particular, she made a request for housing for Igor Belyaev, who is himself a graduate of an orphanage and actively helps orphans. It is worth noting that he is the director and founder of the Public Fund "Protection of Children's Rights."
