Kanibek Tumanbaev, head of the Presidential Administration, faced criticism from President Sadyr Japarov. This information was announced by the president's press secretary, Askhat Alagozov.
The incident that led to the reprimand occurred on February 4, when Tumanbaev visited the Osh market. During his visit, a video surfaced on social media showing him speaking in a rather harsh tone with one of the vendors.
“The president noted that all civil servants must adhere to ethical standards, demonstrate restraint and communication culture, and build respectful relationships with citizens,” Alagozov added.
