Broke traffic rules three times - be prepared to retake your driving test

In Kyrgyzstan, drivers who violate traffic rules three times or more within a year will be required to retake their driving tests. This information was announced by the press service of the Main Department for Road Safety.

This measure was introduced in accordance with changes to the Code of Offenses, supplemented by Article 37.
The retaking of exams will apply to drivers who have committed the following violations:

driving a vehicle without license plates;

ignoring the requirement to stop;

exceeding the speed limit by more than 40 km/h;

failing to yield to vehicles with activated special signals;

crossing into oncoming traffic during overtaking or maneuvering;

causing damage to road structures or property as a result of violations;

violating rules that result in harm to health;

transferring control of the vehicle to a person who is intoxicated or does not have a license.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs emphasizes that this tightening is aimed at improving discipline on the roads and preventing repeat offenses.
