As part of the operation, police officers, together with representatives of the city administration and the tax service, conducted explanatory work with the hotel administration and the private entrepreneur. During the conversation, they were reminded of the necessity to comply with the presidential decree concerning the preservation of moral values, as well as preventive measures to prevent prostitution and involvement in it.
The police emphasized that violation of established rules and creating conditions for engaging in prostitution is subject to criminal liability under Article 160 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of the raid, materials on the identified violations were collected, and the issue of further actions in accordance with the law is currently being considered.
In addition, police posts were organized at the specified address to ensure public order. Preventive work in this direction will continue.
