In the village of Archaly, located in the Chui region, the creation of a modern rehabilitation complex for children is planned, which will serve as a foundation for improving the medical care system and increasing the accessibility of specialized services.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Health, during his visit to the "Maksat" center, Minister Kanaybek Dosmambetov familiarized himself with the existing conditions and resources available for assisting children, as well as with the territory where the new infrastructure will be developed.

The main goal of the project is to create a rehabilitation town that will provide comprehensive assistance to children suffering from cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorders, Down syndrome, developmental delays, and other diseases.

The new rehabilitation town will include specialized centers for inpatient, outpatient, and day rehabilitation, as well as a correction center for children with autism spectrum disorders and Down syndrome. It will feature a modern center for children with cerebral palsy with 150 beds, a dormitory for parents and medical staff, as well as educational and methodological units.

The town will provide various rehabilitation facilities, including a hydrotherapy pool, rooms for physical therapy and kinesitherapy, offices for massage, physiotherapy, sensory integration, speech therapy, and psychology, as well as occupational therapy areas and open spaces for rehabilitation and play, including hippotherapy — therapy with horses, which helps improve the physical and psycho-emotional state of children.

The center's work will be based on the principles of evidence-based medicine, a multidisciplinary approach, and individual rehabilitation programs with active family involvement.
An important aspect will be the training and improvement of the qualifications of specialists in the field of rehabilitation, the development of a family-oriented model of assistance, and the formation of a sustainable human resource potential.

This project fully aligns with the priorities of state policy in the field of children's health protection, medical rehabilitation, and workforce training, and is viewed as a model for further development in other regions of the country.

The implementation of this project will significantly improve the accessibility and quality of rehabilitation assistance for children, enhance their functional and social recovery indicators, and strengthen the role of families in the treatment process, creating a national center of competence in pediatric rehabilitation.
