Tourists on vacation noticed traces of wild animals in the mountains of the Chui region
Local residents have reported that on the snowy pages of the "winter book," one can observe the life of the inhabitants of the Almaly (Apple) Gorge. This gorge, located just 18 kilometers from Kara-Balta, has been home to many species of animals and birds for many years. The deep snow forces wild boars to descend from the high slopes, and in search of food—fallen apples—they create clearings around the trees.
“You can also see the tracks of roe deer in the snow. The winter tracks also hint at the behavior of foxes and jackals. Judging by them, these predators happily feast on hawthorn fruits, as evidenced by the numerous remnants of their meals,” shared nature enthusiasts.
