
Kamelidin Kushubekovich was born on March 2, 1957, in the village of Kopure-Bazar, located in the Talas region.
From 1978 to 1983, he studied at the Kyrgyz National University at the Faculty of Law, where he obtained a diploma in jurisprudence.
For over four decades, his career was closely linked to law enforcement agencies, the prosecutor's office, and the judicial system of Kyrgyzstan. He started as an investigator and rose to the position of Supreme Court judge, as well as serving as the deputy chairman of the Bishkek City Court. Bazarkulov also held high positions in government institutions and was a member of the board of directors of JSC "Severelektro," as well as an advisor and head of the legal services of the State Material Reserves Fund under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic. Additionally, he was a member of the board of the Association of Judges of Kyrgyzstan.
For his impeccable service and significant contribution to the development of the country's legal system, Kamelidin Kushubekovich received numerous state and departmental awards, including the badge "For Excellent Service in the Ministry of Internal Affairs," honorary certificates from the Kyrgyz Republic, and the title of "Ardaqtuu Atul" of the Osmonkulov Village District. He held the rank of police lieutenant colonel.
