The winner will receive 200,000 soms
As part of the preparation for the VI World Nomad Games, which will take place in 2026, the State Agency for Sports of Kyrgyzstan has initiated an international competition for the design of ceremonial uniforms for the national team.
The Directorate for National Sports is the organizer of this event and is looking for creative design concepts that will combine elements of ethnic culture with modern trends.
The competition task involves creating a complete set, including traditional headgear, as well as men's and women's costumes in a national style.
Applications for participation will be accepted until February 10, 2026, and the author of the best project will receive a cash prize of 200,000 soms.
It should be noted that the VI World Nomad Games, recognized by UNESCO as a cultural heritage site, will take place from August 31 to September 6 in Bishkek and on Issyk-Kul.
