Lawyer Timur Imankulov made a statement regarding the leadership of the Higher Attestation Commission of Kyrgyzstan

The statement is aimed at establishing a constructive dialogue in legal and professional circles

Lawyer Timur Imankulov made a statement concerning the leadership of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The document addresses previously submitted appeals to government agencies, as well as the prospects for further interaction.

The focus is on the decisions of the National Attestation Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic (the predecessor of the Higher Attestation Commission), as a result of which Timur Imankulov was deprived of his doctoral degree in legal sciences. He also mentions the appeals and complaints that were sent to the new head of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic, Bakyt Borubashev, as well as to the Ministry of Science, Higher Education, and Innovations of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In his statement, Imankulov noted that some formulations, assessments, and the tone of his appeals to the chairman of the Higher Attestation Commission could have been interpreted as inappropriate. He apologized for his sharpness and emphasized that he strives for professional, constructive, and respectful communication in public.

The lawyer also announced that he officially withdraws all his previous appeals and complaints submitted to the Ministry of Science, Higher Education, and Innovations of the Kyrgyz Republic and other government bodies. The withdrawal concerns issues related to the work of the chairman of the Higher Attestation Commission, Professor Bekbosun Ishenbekovich, and the ministry itself.

The statement emphasizes that the decision made is aimed at ending the public discussion of the current situation and moving towards more constructive interaction in legal and professional fields.
