As reported by the first deputy mayor, Mirlan Baigonchokov, parking management was previously handled by DUMI, but these functions have now been transferred to the municipal enterprise "City Department of Transport Infrastructure." This department is responsible for collecting parking fees. The municipal property management is in charge of organizing parking spaces and transferring them to the department, which then summarizes its work for the year.
In response to a question from a deputy about the reasons for the absence of parking revenue in the budget, Baigonchokov explained that changes occurred last year, and the database had not yet been formed. Therefore, the projected figures were not included in the capital's budget. The deputy mayor promised that when amendments are made, these revenues will definitely be taken into account.
