On January 30, a meeting was held in Bishkek organized by the Department of Ground and Water Transport under the Ministry of Transport and Communications and the Chuy-Bishkek Regional Administration. The purpose of the event was to study the situation with passenger transportation on the Bishkek — Tokmok route, as reported in the agency's press release.

As noted by the press service, complaints from citizens appeared on social media, indicating the absence of minibuses after 7:00 PM. As a result, passengers were forced to resort to taxi services. During monitoring, it was found that on Fridays and Saturdays, the number of people wishing to travel from the capital to Tokmok significantly increases.

During the meeting held on February 2, representatives of the companies servicing routes No. 350 and 353 discussed the increase in passenger flow on weekends. However, after 8:00 PM, the number of passengers sharply declines, making it difficult for drivers to cover their expenses.

As a result of the meeting, it was decided that there is a need to increase the number of trips to ensure uninterrupted passenger transportation. If necessary, additional reserve minibuses will be allocated to operate beyond the established schedule, and the total number of trips will also be increased.
