By the decree of President Sadyr Japarov, the "Muras" fund, which preserves the historical and cultural heritage of the people, has been transferred to the jurisdiction of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Now, the fund, which was previously under the administration of the president's office, will operate under the auspices of the Institute of History, Archaeology, and Ethnology named after B. Jamgerchinov. This decision aims to strengthen the research capabilities of the institute and develop scientific projects related to the history and cultural heritage of the country.

In accordance with the new decree, the institute will be tasked with adapting its internal processes and taking all necessary organizational steps for the successful integration of the fund.

Additionally, a number of amendments have been made to the Decree of April 25, 2012, No. 94: now the function of overseeing the fund's activities is performed not by the president's office, but directly by the director of the Institute of History of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic. Some positions responsible for methodological and analytical support have also been changed.
