The Bishkek CHPP's operations were discussed at the capital's mayor's office.
As of February 2 of this year, the CHPP generates an average electrical power of 455 megawatts. Daily figures indicate that the plant produces 9,285 gigacalories of thermal energy and 10,925 kilowatt-hours of electricity. At the same time, the operation of the CHPP requires 7,831 tons of coal and 368 thousand normal cubic meters of gas.
The CHPP includes 15 boiler units and 7 turbine units, as well as two power blocks designated as No. 3 and 4.
Currently, 9 boiler units, 4 turbine units with cross connections, and both power blocks are in operation.
In preparation for the winter heating season of 2025/2026, the CHPP plans to ensure the supply of 1.4 million tons of coal. The supply schedule will be in effect until the end of the heating season.
As of February 2, there are 204,537 tons of coal in the CHPP's warehouse, which guarantees the uninterrupted operation of the plant during the current heating period.
The Bishkek combined heat and power plant continues to ensure stable operation, taking all necessary measures for reliable energy supply to both the population and enterprises of the city.
