The city hall reported how much coal is left at the CHPP

As of January 13, 2026, the coal stock at the CHPP is recorded at 189,416 thousand tons, as reported by representatives of the city hall.
To meet the demand for electrical and thermal energy during the heating season of 2025-2026, the supply of 1,400,000 tons of coal is planned. Deliveries will be made according to the schedule until the end of the heating season.

According to municipal data, on the specified date, the average capacity of the CHPP reaches 460 MW, with a heat output of 8,694 thousand Gcal, and electricity generation of 11,034 thousand kWh. Daily fuel consumption includes: coal — 7,470 thousand tons, gas — 390 thousand nm3.
There are 15 boiler units, 7 turbo units with cross connections, and 2 power blocks numbered 3 and 4 operating at the CHPP. Of these, 10 boiler units, 5 turbo units with cross connections, and blocks No. 3 and 4 are in operation; 1 boiler unit and 1 turbo unit are under repair; the reserve consists of 4 boiler units and 1 turbo unit.
