According to his information, the mortality rate from oncological diseases in Kyrgyzstan remains high.
The situation was characterized as extremely alarming, and the minister pointed to the insufficient development of the oncology service and the unwillingness of its leadership to make changes. "Because of this, we have such a high mortality rate, and patients are forced to seek treatment abroad," he added.
Kanaybek Dosmambetov also noted that he had approached Nurbek Bukuev with questions about existing problems.
"He claims that there are no problems. This means that he is either satisfied with his position or does not want to see and address these issues. This indicates his indifference to the system," the minister concluded.
