The creators of the feature film "Beiysh 2: Apama Kat" have announced the start of an active fight against pirates who illegally publish fragments of their work on social media. The legal team representing the rights holders has recorded several instances of copyright infringement.

According to the legislation on "Copyright and Related Rights," the rights to audiovisual works belong exclusively to their creators. Any unauthorized copying or distribution of film materials over the internet will be considered an infringement.

Responsibility for Violations

Law enforcement agencies have already identified two violators who were engaged in the illegal posting of content. Each of them has been fined 50,000 soms.

The creators of the film strongly warn that any further attempts at piracy will be regarded as a deliberate crime. Information about new violators will be forwarded to the judicial authorities for the application of various measures of responsibility, including civil, administrative, and criminal. In some cases, the law may even provide for imprisonment.

The creators urge bloggers, media, and ordinary users to respect the work of authors and refrain from illegal actions concerning intellectual property.
