The head of the Ministry of Health called for updating staff in the capital's medical institutions.
He noted that there are leaders in state hospitals and clinics who have held their positions for 20-30 years.
According to the minister, such managers hinder the development of medicine, not only remaining stagnant themselves but also preventing young specialists from showcasing their talents.
To change the situation in healthcare, it is necessary to implement rotation at the local level and provide opportunities for new personnel to take their positions. "Without system renewal, there will be no changes," emphasized Dosmambetov.
"They have essentially stagnated, and no development is observed. We must prepare the younger generation of specialists by teaching them relevant methods and approaches," added the minister.
