Illegally built houses in Bishkek will be considered under the amnesty law, - city hall
Deputy Erkeaiym Seitkazieva noted that there are still houses in the city that were built without complying with the legislation and have not received legalization under the amnesty. Some of these properties have ended up in protected zones, according to the previous general plan. In this regard, she raised the question of whether the protected zones have changed in the new draft of the general plan and how the fate of buildings without legal documents will be resolved.
In response, Kadyrov emphasized that such properties are subject to consideration in the context of the law on amnesty. He clarified that these land plots fall into undefined zones. "As you know, a special commission was established by the president's decree. These issues are regulated not by the general plan, but directly by the law on amnesty," added the deputy mayor.
