On January 31, a fair will be held in the Kochkor district, where a wide range of meat products will be offered. This was reported by the local agricultural development administration.
At the event, buyers will be able to purchase horse meat and lamb, with prices per kilogram ranging from 600 to 630 soms.
The main objectives of the fair are as follows:
- Monitoring price increases;
- Ensuring food accessibility for socially vulnerable groups;
- Supporting local producers;
- Stabilizing the domestic market.
