In the village of Korumdu in the Issyk-Kul region, Nurlan Ibraev and his wife welcomed triplets. They are currently raising seven children, and the triplets are only six months old.

Nurlan Ibraev shared with a Turmush correspondent that his family is forced to live in his brother's unfinished house, as they do not have their own housing. They also have triplets.

Nurlan was born on July 5, 1986, in Cholpon-Ata. In 2004, he graduated from Karamoldo Orozov Secondary School, and then trained as a cook at a vocational college in Temirovka.

In November 2012, he married Gulnaz Ibraeva. Their eldest daughter, Perizat, was born in 2013, followed by their son Almazbek in 2015, son Chyngyz in 2018, and daughter Khadija in 2023. When Nurlan and Gulnaz were expecting their fifth child, they were informed that they would have triplets. “In the second month of pregnancy, we had an ultrasound in Cholpon-Ata, and they told us about the triplets, after which we were referred for screening in Bishkek. We went with relatives and were very happy. I grew up in a family of seven children, I have an older sister with twins, and there were also twins on my mother's side. The pregnancy with triplets was not easy, especially in the last months when my wife couldn't get up,” he noted.

The triplets were born on July 8, 2025, at Maternity Hospital No. 6 in Bishkek. The girls were born weighing 2.535 kg, 2.345 kg, and 2.525 kg. “My wife was admitted to the hospital in advance to be under the supervision of doctors. A month later, our girls were born, and our joy knew no bounds. I brought them home after four days. They are healthy now. We discussed with our parents and chose the names: Aruuzat, Aruuzhan, and Aruuna,” Ibraev said.

According to Nurlan, their family is on the waiting list at the village council for a plot of land to build a house. In 2013, a plot was allocated, but it later turned out that part of the land was on someone else's garden, which led to a dispute. Ibraev claims that a similar situation occurred with 4-5 other families. The village council promised to provide another plot, but the issue has not yet been resolved. “I would like to appeal for help to the head of state and the head of the State Committee for National Security regarding housing,” he added.

Nurlan works as a guard at the village council with a salary of 8,000 soms. Additionally, he reported that in the last two months, their family has started receiving benefits for seven children — 1,200 soms for each. “Previously, we were not assigned benefits, but now, considering that we have neither a house nor land, it has been allocated. In total, we receive about 8,000 soms, which barely covers the diapers for the triplets. We also need formula and medicine. There are expenses for clothing and food for the older children. I used to work part-time as a guard at recreation centers, but now, since my wife is taking care of three little ones alone, I help her, and part-time work has become impossible. My salary doesn't even cover food expenses, and there can be no question of saving for a house. We have contacted social services regarding housing, but they told us they cannot help. Therefore, I am forced to appeal to the head of state,” he concluded.

The triplets have already reached six months of age.
