During the inspection, it was revealed that several commercial buildings on this street were constructed in violation of the legislation on municipal land. In particular, this concerns part of the building where the café "American Pizza" is located. According to information provided by the municipality, the owner of this building is Jasur Azimov, who previously held the position of deputy mayor of Osh.
The municipal services were instructed to begin the dismantling of the structures built in violation of the law. "The sign says 'American Pizza,' but in essence, it's just ordinary pizza. This is the business of the well-known Jasur Azimov. It's time to clear the way," said the city's mayor.
After the inspection, the mayor visited the café and spoke with the administrator. He also talked to Kylchbek, the tenant of the establishment. "Convey to the owner: within three days, the part that encroaches on the road must be removed. If it is not removed, we will disconnect the utilities. This building belongs to Jasur Azimov. Clear the area," emphasized Mayor Jenishbek Toktorbaev.
Additionally, a directive was issued to check the legality of other commercial properties located on the plots owned by the shopping center and construction company "Nurjaman" on A. Shakirov Street.
There was also a task set to identify and mark the areas that need to be cleared, including a sports facility and a restaurant on the same street.
