According to this document, from January 30, 2026, to August 30, 2026, an experimental regime will be introduced aimed at improving the regulation of educational processes for the training and retraining of drivers of motor vehicles.
During this experimental period, the licenses issued to private educational institutions (driving schools) for conducting educational activities will be suspended. Training will only be conducted in state driving schools.
The Presidential Administration has been tasked with preparing drafts of the relevant regulatory acts based on the results of the experimental regime.
The decree will be officially published and will come into effect on January 30, 2026.
