Gulcho should not remain a city only on paper, - akim
On January 29, a collegial meeting was held in the district, where the results of the year were summarized and plans for 2026 were outlined.
Bapaev noted that with the granting of city status to Gulcho, it is necessary to modernize the main streets. “We must improve the key streets of Gulcho. The appearance of all facilities, including institutions, enterprises, and residential buildings, must meet modern standards. It is also important to conduct explanatory work on road safety and other relevant topics. The status of a city should not remain just on paper — we need to take action,” emphasized the akim.
In addition, the task was set to prepare in advance for spring work on greening and improvement. Each institution and enterprise has been tasked with planting a minimum of 100 seedlings, while large organizations should plant between 200 to 300 different trees.
