According to information from law enforcement agencies, on January 5, a representative of the ZSAO "Ingosstrakh" filed a request for an investigation into the employees of the individual entrepreneur "D. A. R." who were engaged in the sale of ОСАГО insurance policies.
According to the investigation, from April to December 2025, some employees of this entrepreneur misappropriated and squandered the income from the sale of the policies. The damage caused to the organization is estimated at approximately 7 million soms. After committing the crime, the suspects fled.
Based on these facts, a criminal case was initiated under the article "Embezzlement and misappropriation of entrusted property" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. As a result of operational activities, one of the suspects was identified — a citizen of another state, born in 1985. He was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
Investigative activities are ongoing. Law enforcement agencies are working to establish all the details of the case and possible accomplices.
