The St. Petersburg Court issued a ruling in the case of Ekaterina Bivol
At the end of December, it became known that a protocol had been registered in court regarding the Bivol case. As stated in the materials, on October 22, a video was published in one of the Telegram channels, in which she uses insults and offensive language against ethnic groups, including Kyrgyz and Kazakhs.
Earlier, at the end of October, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan announced that Ekaterina Bivol was wanted in connection with a criminal case regarding the publication of a video on social media containing offensive comments about representatives of various nationalities. In turn, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan also initiated a preliminary investigation into the same case.
