The decision was made on January 27 by the Committee of the Jogorku Kenesh, which noted that all submitted options were insufficiently developed and did not reflect the spirit of the nation.
In this regard, the parliament updated the composition of the competition commission, which now includes: Nurjamal Torobekova, Baktiyar Kalpaev, Venera Salyamova, Ulan Zhaanbaev, and Kamila Talieva.
The competition for the creation of the anthem continues, and the work of the commission will last until June 1.
